How We Plan For Your Retirement

  • Step 1 - Discovery

We always begin with discovery. We spend about 30 minutes learning about you, your current financial position, and when and how you picture retirement. Then we can begin formulating a plan that is 100% tailored to YOU. We are not cookie-cutter advisors, where everyone is categorized into one of a few possible plans.

  • Step 2 - Gathering

Next, we’ll start gathering important documents and financial statements for all accounts you may have. We will also review current and anticipated expenses, income streams and any legacy desires. We may advise you to work with an estate planning professional for assistance with a will or trust as part of the overall retirement plan.

  • Step 3 - Proposal

This is where we’ll spend some time together reviewing the initial plan, making adjustments and revisions to really dial-in the best possible outcome for you. We’ll provide you with an easy-to-understand timeline of events, so you know when to take each step.

  • Step 4 - Implement

Now that your plan is set, we will implement each component as outlined in the timeline we developed together. Along the way, we will make sure adjustments are made if changes arise.

  • Step 5 - Review and Adjust

Remember, your plan is really a guide to your best retirement. So, from time to time, we’ll make adjustments and adapt as your life evolves. We will always be here to help along your journey to the best retirement possible.
